Two days and two nights on the finest sandstone in Spain — expert coaching, crash pads, a rural guest house next to the walls of a UNESCO village. All levels, all inclusive.
Register InterestTake a break from your routine! We'll take you to Albarracín — the undisputed mecca of bouldering in Spain and one of the most celebrated bouldering destinations on the planet.
Think ancient sandstone boulders scattered through a pine forest with ponds and waterfalls, set within a UNESCO-listed medieval village — problems for every level, and scenery that'll make you forget you're supposed to be focusing on your footwork. But this isn't just a camp out on the rock.
Two local guides, ten to thirteen climbers, two days and two nights. You'll be climbing real rock, making new friends, and going home with the skills and confidence to explore outdoor bouldering on your own.
Problems from grade 3 to 8a sit within a hundred metres of each other, so a first-timer and a hardened climber can share the same forest and both have the weekend of their lives. If you've never touched real rock, you'll be looked after from the first pad-drop.
Social and progression by day — building technique, trying new grades, learning to read the stone. And when someone locks onto a project, the whole crew gathers to spot, shout beta and celebrate the send. Come to learn, come to project, come for both.
Arrive Friday evening, climb through to Sunday.
No experience beyond basic indoor climbing required. Bring your shoes, a lot of chalk, your enthusiasm and your sense of adventure — we'll handle the rest.
Message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm your place directly — no deposit needed to register interest.
Message Us on WhatsAppAlbarracín is in the province of Teruel, inland Spain. Most people reach Teruel by car or train. If you're driving, there's parking at the guest house. Once you book, we'll send full travel notes. Carpooling is usually organized among the customers.
At Gadea Rural Apartments, a beautiful rural house full of history. The best place to rest after a day of climbing.
Yes — breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout. Tell us about any dietary needs when you book. Friday dinner, Sunday dinner and bar drinks aren't included.
Not at all. Albarracín has easy problems right next to hard ones, and coaching is tailored to you. No experience beyond basic indoor climbing is needed — complete beginners are welcome and well looked after.
Climbing shoes, chalk, comfortable, warm clothes, as it can get chilly in the woods. We provide all crash pads. A full packing list comes with your booking confirmation.
Once you register interest, we'll confirm your place directly and let you know how to secure it. If your plans change, just let us know as early as you can.
You send us a message, we check availability and reply — usually the same day — to confirm whether there's a spot. No payment is needed to register interest; we'll only ask you to secure your place once you know it's genuinely on.
Most people do — it's one of the easiest ways to meet other climbers. You'll be climbing, eating and staying together as a group from the first evening, so nobody's left figuring things out alone.
Cool and often clear, but the pine forest holds some shade so bring layers — it can get properly cold once the sun's down. Sandstone can't be climbed wet, so if rain does move in we adjust the plan: different sectors, a rest day activity, or in the worst case a partial refund for lost climbing time. We watch the forecast closely and won't send you out on wet rock.
No fixed limit, but this camp is built around adults climbing at their own pace over a full weekend. If you're thinking of bringing a teenager, message us first and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a good fit.
No — this is a bouldering camp, so you climb close to the ground onto crash pads rather than on a rope. All you need is climbing shoes and chalk; we bring the pads.
You bring the drive to try hard, we'll take care of the rest.
