The voucher can be used in anything we run. Yet, we are happy to look into other plan you might have in mind!
Guided rock climbing and mountain ridges, via ferrata, technical courses, family days, camps and retreats, hiking and snowshoe days, or a day built from scratch around something they've always wanted to do. Every one includes a certified mountain guide and all the technical equipment — they bring shoes and enthusiasm. If what they choose costs more than the voucher, they simply pay the difference.
Your payment receipt is instant. The voucher itself — a printable PDF with their name and your message on it — comes by email the same day, usually within a couple of hours. If you need it in the next twenty minutes because the birthday is tonight, buy it and then message us on WhatsApp and we'll drop everything.
Twelve months from the day you buy it, which gives them a full turn of the seasons to choose from — winter sun in Margalef, spring on the ridges, autumn on Montserrat. If life gets in the way and they're close to the deadline, talk to us. We're two people who run a guiding company, not an airline.

Most people go with a plain value instead — partly so the recipient picks their own date, partly because half the pleasure is choosing.
Yes. Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe, the same processor behind all our bookings. Your card details go straight to them and never touch our website. No account needed, and you'll have a receipt by email immediately.
If you've bought one by mistake or changed your mind, message us within fourteen days and we'll refund it, as long as it hasn't been redeemed. After that it stays live for the full twelve months, so there's rarely a reason to.
They message us with the code on the voucher, we help them choose something and find a date, and that's it. No redemption portal, no codes to fight with — it's a conversation, like everything else we do.
Yes. Checkout takes international cards and the voucher arrives by email, so where you are makes no difference. A good many are bought by family abroad for someone living in Barcelona, or ahead of a trip that's already being planned.
